Meet our Veterinary Relationship Manager Eveie

A bit about me – I’m Eveie Charlesworth, Vetsure’s Veterinary Relationship Manager for the Midlands. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing something active: out riding horses, playing sports, or catching up with friends. And wherever I go, my brilliant dog Goose isn’t far behind – he’s very much the centre of attention! (See picture repping the Vetsure Tennis Ball)

Starting my new role as a Veterinary Relationship Manager feels like the perfect next chapter. In my previous position in animal medicine sales, most of my work was done virtually – video calls, online training sessions, and building relationships through a screen. I learned a lot during that time, especially how to support practices from a distance and communicate clearly even when we weren’t face to face.

However, I always missed being in the practice environment – the warm welcomes, the team chats in the prep room, and the natural conversations that happen when you’re side by side rather than pixel to pixel.

Now, working here at Vetsure that supports practices with a number of dedicated platforms, it means I get to be right there with the teams again. Instead of focusing on individual products, I’m helping practices grow, run more smoothly, and make pet care more accessible for their clients. The conversations feel bigger and more collaborative, and it’s rewarding to be able to offer support that impacts the whole practice, not just one shelf in the pharmacy.

It’s the same passion for animal care – just with a wider lens, more connection, and a lot more time out on the road (which I’m very happy to have back!).
