Become an Accredited Network Partner

When you sign up to promote Vetsure Pet Insurance, you will be assigned Core, Advanced or Elite tiers of Accreditation – and receive additional benefits to match.

Vetsure’s ultimate aim is to drive as many dog and cat owners as possible to become Vetsure Pet Insurance customers. The model also aims to encourage the same customers to use Vetsure accredited practices and become clients of these practices. In turn, Vetsure accredited practices may choose to promote Vetsure Pet Insurance to their non-insured clients such that they become Vetsure customers. This cycle results in clients who are loyal to the practice, long-term customers for Vetsure. Most importantly, this means that your practice is able to offer the best quality veterinary care, for the life of the pet.

Levels of Accreditation

Core

Members may, at most, passively promote Vetsure through distribution of leaflets and promotional materials. Vetsure will, wherever possible, promote the practice to Pet Owners and Customers above other practices in the geographical area. This will be undertaken by our Contact Centre Team members when they receive telephone calls from Pet Owners living in the vicinity of the practice. The practice will also be listed on vetsure.com and promoted through the ‘Find Your nearest Vetsure Vet’ tool, which is used by Pet Owners during the ‘quote and buy’ process.
Advanced

Members promote Vetsure policies more proactively and will receive commission payments related to the sale and renewal of Vetsure policies – in return for agreeing for team members to undertake annual online and face-to-face training with our Veterinary Relationship Managers. Members receive a place at the annual Vetsure Think Tank, free of charge.
Elite

Members that promote Vetsure Pet Insurance and use our Buying Services and Pet Health Plans can become Elite accredited practices. Benefits include discounts to pet health plan collection charges for members using this service and an additional place at the annual Vetsure Think Tank, free of charge.

Vetsure Accredited Practices

Vetsure policy holders can use any veterinary clinic or referral centre, however they’re incentivised to use Vetsure Accredited practices wherever possible. We do this by offering preferential policy premiums and lower excesses when they claim.
