Estuary Vets – Veterinary Surgeon

Estuary Vets is an Independent 100% small animal practice on the edge of Topsham in Devon, which opened in May 2025.

We are looking to recruit a full or part-time veterinarian as we transition from a start-up to an established part of the local veterinary community. You will be joining a team of two MRCVS (currently 1.6 FTE) and three RVN (3 FTE) in a purpose built, spacious and well equipped facility that offers room for expansion. We benefit from easy access, plenty of parking, and a peaceful setting beside the estuary in a beautiful part of East Devon.

Our proactive clients provide overwhelming positive feedback about our care standards. 

We are hoping to find a vet with at least 2 years experience, but most importantly a confident generalist who enjoys teamwork but is also comfortable working at times in sole charge. We would welcome and encourage a preference for specific areas of practice and will explore developing new services for the right person. 

We try to provide a high standard of personal care to the community which reflects the Pet-Owner-Vet bond. We collectively embrace EVBM and a team based approach to learning and development to deliver great care, which we recognise can come in many forms to suit the recipient/owner.

We have an Out of Hours agreement with a local fellow independent practice.
