Cheesy but true, I love that I can email a query over and it is dealt with straight away (or as soon as the office is open if I have emailed over the weekend). Everyone I speak to (and email) is so cheerful – just a pleasure to deal with – this certainly makes you stand head and shoulders above the rest.
