The Role

We are currently looking for a full time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our fantastic team in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This role will consist of a 40 hour week, on a shared rota, across all three of our surgeries. One in four weekend shifts with time off in lieu and time off in lieu will also be given for any bank holidays worked. Responsibilities include Nurse Clinics, puppy parties, medicating, cleaning kennels, monitoring anaesthetics, XRs, dentals and running lab tests. We are proud of the fact that we offer a 24 hour service at our hospital and on call shifts will be on a shared basis (no phones) currently 1 night in every 10 days approximately. We also have a shared second on call rota which is currently 1 week in every 14 with bonuses paid for this.

About Us 

Nestled between the South Downs and the Sea, we are a Tier 3, 100% Small Animal three centre practice. We see a lot of wildlife and exotics and have all the mod cons including Ultrasound, Endoscopy and Digital X-ray. We are proud to be able to provide our own 24 hour care and free car parking at all 3 sites for our staff and clients. As a team we have a full social calendar (when Covid-19 allows!) including awesome Christmas parties, annual camping trip, days out and summer BBQs. Applicant Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have some UK experience in a hospital practice with out of hours work, but this is not essential. You will need to be a Qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurse and must be able to work well within a team and on your own.
