AT Vetsure our customer care has been recognised with a Silver award at this year’s Insurance Times Awards.
On December 6th, the Insurance Times Awards were one of the most talked about nights in insurance, hosted by Jimmy Carr and held at the InterContinental London O2.
For the first time, this year the awards recognised more companies by also awarding Silver and Bronze awards, alongside their Gold awards.
We were recognised as being an excellent customer champion, winning the Silver Award in the category ‘Customer Champion of the Year – Insurer’.
This category recognises projects that have resulted in measurable improvements to the end-customer experience.
The Insurance Times Awards are the largest and most prestigious awards of their kind. As stated on the Insurance Times Awards website: ‘(the awards) …are designed to recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation across the breadth of UK general insurance.’
We are overwhelmed to have taken home a Silver award at such a prestigious event.
Here at Vetsure, we aim to continue our hard work and improving relationship with our customers and their pets over the next year. A step in this direction is the launch of our new Pet Health Plan.
Our Pet Health Plan is not an insurance product, we want to help reduce and spread the cost of routine preventative health care for pets, incentivising customers to take their pet to the vet.
A customer’s pet can benefit from annual vaccinations, year-round flea and worming treatments, and much more at discounted prices that can be collected by easy monthly direct debits.
We want people to care for their pet’s health and by improving our products and services, we continue to care for our customers and their pets.

Vetsure are more than ‘just’ a buying group and insurance provider.
