The prestigious Insurance Times Awards have, for the second year in a row, recognised Vetsure’s commitment to bringing customer care back to the pet insurance industry and we’re proud to announce that we are finalists in the 2018 awards in the “Customer Champion of the Year” category.
This category is designed to recognise projects that have resulted in measurable improvements to the end-customer experience, in any business line, and our e-claims process, introduced last year, is a brilliant example of this.
