The prestigious Insurance Times Awards have, for the second year in a row, recognised Vetsure’s commitment to bringing customer care back to the pet insurance industry and we’re proud to announce that we are finalists in the 2018 awards in the “Customer Champion of the Year” category.
This category is designed to recognise projects that have resulted in measurable improvements to the end-customer experience, in any business line, and our e-claims process, introduced last year, is a brilliant example of this.
Ashley Gray, Managing Director said: “We are already achieving top ratings on pet insurer review sites, with 97% of customers recommending us – being a finalist again in such prestigious awards will go even further in providing peace of mind to pet owners who chose to insure their pets with us.”
The awards presentation takes place on December 6th at the stunning riverside venue of the Intercontinental O2. We can’t wait!
Great help with the new grad scheme — thanks to all staff.

The Vetsure Team members are an absolute joy to work with, and have become true friends as much as knowledgeable, ethical and inspirational business colleagues.
- Doug Alexander, AlphaPet
We are so pleased to have joined Vetsure. Debi is amazing at answering our constant stream of questions!
- Jill Mason, Tender Paws
Vetsure are more than ‘just’ a buying group and insurance provider. The icing on the cake to what they offer is a very useful graduate support online training program which provides a structured approach (with templates) to help take a recent graduate safely and steadily through from their first day to full integration into the practice team. Worth joining for that alone!

Cheesy but true, I love that I can email a query over and it is dealt with straight away (or as soon as the office is open if I have emailed over the weekend). Everyone I speak to (and email) is so cheerful – just a pleasure to deal with – this certainly makes you stand head and shoulders above the rest.
