Subject: What price pet health? Perspectives on the future of the pet insurance market.
Session outline: In November 2015 RSA implemented its controversial decision to impose restrictions on veterinary referrals, raising serious questions about the sustainability of existing pet insurance models amongst both first-opinion and referral practices. In this session Ashley and other representatives of insurance and funding models take part in a structured debate to explore what the future might hold for pet insurance in the UK and what the profession could and should be doing to prepare for it.
This is a subject Ashley is passionate about and has been keen to share his views on, if you haven’t seen it already take a look at the write up of our past BSAVA event ‘The Future of Pet Insurance‘.
